Using datasources is a timesaving way to fill in multiple entry fields.

XLSX files

XLSX files that contain lists of customers or parts and their prices are typical XLSX data sources.

Entry fields can be grouped so that they can be filled in or deleted at the same time.

Keyword lists

​Keyword list data sources can display a keyword list organized by category. This feature makes it much more convenient to enter words for a specific topic.

History

Historical data sources can scan old reports. They can be used to retrieve addresses of customers that were recorded in older reports.

Most recently used

MRU lists are widely used to speed up the entry of data by showing different sets of the most recently used entries.
